Reporting to the Fundraising Director, the Regional Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the new media and public outreach teams to develop exciting and effective digital marketing campaigns to achieve both fundraising and environmental objectives. The new media and public outreach teams have responsibility to develop integrated on-and offline communication and engagement strategies, which promote activism and inspire supporters to help achieve Greenpeace’s organisational vision and specific campaign goals.

The Key Responsibilities are as follows:
– Digital marketing Strategy and implementation
– Work with the fundraising, new media and public outreach teams to develop and implement a multi-channel digital direct response strategy that utilises web, email and mobile communication that seeks to recruit supporters to Greenpeace Southeast Asia.
Work with web team to optimize landing pages, fundraising-related sites and email communications to maximise lead generation and fundraising income.
– Work with the fundraising, new media and public outreach teams to develop and implement a digital promotional strategy including web, email and mobile communication that seeks to raise the profile of Greenpeace Southeast Asia online and generate new leads.
– Achieve income and supporter engagement targets and budgets;
– Ensure close integration of and develop synergies between online campaigns with offline strategies to maximise income and supporter engagement opportunities;
– Work with fundraising, new media and public outreach teams to develop and implement engagement pathways for potential and existing supporters;
– Provide research based strategic advice on the positioning of Greenpeace and the marketing of its campaigns in the digital space.
End to end management of digital campaigns
– Co-ordinate the development and implementation of email and other digital communication campaigns that deliver fundraising and/or campaign objectives.
– Keep abreast of offline campaigns to ensure integration and develop synergies between on and offline campaigns.
– Prepare regular reports that analyse, evaluate and continually improve the effectiveness of digital campaigns
– Work with Supporter Care Manager / Officers and Regional Supporter Relationship coordinator to manage online supporter relationships
Project Management
– Manage the relationships with key suppliers and agencies providing creative and/or media buying services.
– Liaise with Regional Supporter Relationships Coordinator to develop copy and sign off for all content.
– Meet income and ROI objectives as agreed;
– Manage tight timelines on a variety of competing projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications or related field;
– Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing theory and practice;
– Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing either agency or client side;
– Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English plus, ideally, also Thai or Bahasa Indonesian
– Excellent IT literate;
– Strong negotiation skills and media buying experience;
– Experience in briefing and managing the production of marketing communications;
– Strong statistical analysis skills;
– Good understanding and experience of digital social marketing websites and technologies including RSS and social book marking;
– Knowledge of HTML;
– Strong and demonstrated commitment to teamwork;
– Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively with minimal supervision;
– Good understanding of the integration of online an offline engagement strategies;
– Familiarity with social marketing theory and practice;
– xperience in non-government, not for profit sector;
– Digital/new media agency experience;
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills;
– Strategic thinking;
