We, a leading recording company in Indonesia with a global presence are currently seeking
a young, talented, and ambitious individual with high motivation and strong determination
to join our winning team as:
ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER
Task & Responsibility
The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining album releases
which include developing and implementing marketing concept, strategy, and product launching.
Develop, conduct, and monitor the promotion materials and supporting programs implementation
to ensure the target achievement.
Define the marketing communication plan and budget in collaboration with the Marketing Managers.
Qualification Required
Male/Female, age between 25 – 35 years old
S1 from reputable university with academic achievement and/or organizational experience
Good understanding of any kind of music
Good marketing skill
Leadership skill and distinctive management competence
Result-oriented and has a high standard of achievement
Able to work in the field and keen to learn new things
Initiative and able to work well with minimum supervision as well as a team player
Excellent English and communication skill
Computer and internet skill. Able to work with Photoshop or Corel Draw would be an advantage
