Responsibilities:
* Assist Yahoo! Indonesia Audience & Community team in fostering community health and engagement of Yahoo! communities in Indonesia.
* Assist Audience and Community team to develop and manage content in our properties
* Foster strong relations with Customer Care representatives and provide insights on community issues that require local market knowledge.
* Provide user feedback to the product team and be the voice of the community during product development.
Minimum Requirements:
* Strong communication and presentation skills, this includes a strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Strong grasp of general knowledge, current affairs and pop culture, and in-depth knowledge of Indonesia.
* Experience with Internet-based community services and applications as such as social networking, blog communities, forums, and message boards.
* Strong interest in fostering relationships and getting people together.
* Undergraduate or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Summary of Role:
* The freelancers will be reporting to Audience and Community Team in Indonesia and will be assisting the Communities team in building and nurturing strong and healthy Communities for Yahoo! Community Products in Indonesia.
* We are looking for an individual who is passionate about social media and online communities with outstanding inter-personal skills, a customer-focused and results-driven approach. An individual who can achieve tangible results in that role, namely to continuously grow our Community, nurture its health and engagement and generally maximize Yahoo! properties and its opportunity in Indonesia.
